BTR CEM Pramod Boro officially commenced the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 4.0 during a ceremony held at ITI Kokrajhar on May 23. This event was organized as part of the Skill, Employment, and Entrepreneurship Department’s (SEED) 100 Days 150 Targets Programme under the Government of BTR.
